Jobgether in Portugal seeks an Influencer Manager / CAIT Manager to shape creator and talent strategies for brands across Germany and Europe. You will lead campaigns from idea to talent sourcing, production, and delivery of assets, bridging creators with strategy and commercial results.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on project management, evolving creator marketing from execution to strategic growth for clients, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• 3-7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand marketing, talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of creators, influencers, talent, social platforms, and dynamics driving engagement.
• Creative and operational mindset to manage budgets, timelines, processes and production.
• Experience translating concepts into effective creator casting and campaign strategies.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills to articulate business value.
• Knowledge of content production challenges for social-first content.
• Able to evaluate work through relevance, authenticity, audience behavior and platform dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver creator- and talent-led campaigns.
• Translate brand concepts into effective casting strategies with diversity and relevance.
• Manage campaigns from brainstorming and talent sourcing to production and asset delivery.
• Develop creator-led concepts that show commercial value of partnerships.
• Build relationships with creators, influencers, and external partners for a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure content meets standards for creative excellence, relevance and safety.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, payment processes, timelines and compliance.
• Monitor budgets and margins, streamline workflows and cut unnecessary revisions.
• Support senior accounts and tackle delivery challenges to improve quality and efficiency.
• Connect creator activity with broader social, production and marketing initiatives.
