A leading luxury production company based in Portugal is seeking an experienced Industrialization Manager to oversee footwear manufacturing processes. The role requires optimizing production methods and ensuring quality standards. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years experience in the industrial sector, preferably in footwear or textiles, and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. As an Industrialization Manager (Footwear & Textiles), you will have the opportunity to optimize our production methods across footwear manufacturing, collaborate with our technical teams, and ensure the quality and efficiency of our products.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in industrialization, preferably within the footwear or textile manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, demonstrable leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills. A minimum of 8 years of experience in the industrial sector is required, with a significant focus on either footwear or textiles, encompassing areas such as structures, molds, uppers, lasts, modeling, materials, fabrics, cutting, and sewing. Furthermore, the candidate should have an excellent understanding of manufacturing processes related to either footwear or textiles, proficiency in English, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective teamwork skills. The ability to adapt to diverse contexts and engage with various stakeholders is also essential, along with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is highly desirable.
