Bosch Car Multimedia, S.A. is seeking a Computer Vision, Optics & AI Expert to apply advanced image processing and machine learning to industrial challenges on the factory floor. You will design and deploy production-ready vision systems for automated inspection, robotic guidance and process monitoring.

You will work with ML engineers and on-site hardware experts across global locations to deliver robust end-to-end solutions and to drive adoption of state-of-the-art AI methods in manufacturing.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in machine learning model development and optimization, ideally with a strong focus on industrial computer vision.
• Hands‑on experience applying image processing and computer vision in industrial, manufacturing or robotics environments.
• Strong knowledge of Deep Learning and experience developing vision models for applications such as anomaly detection, semantic segmentation and classification.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn, NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV and MLflow.
• Solid understanding of system architecture and experience building scalable data pipelines handling large volumes of industrial data.
• Experience with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with industrial vision hardware and software is a strong plus, particularly smart cameras and MVTec HALCON/MERLIC.

Responsabilidades

• Identify key business and production challenges and solve them by applying machine learning and computer vision methods.
• Design, develop and deploy state-of-the-art computer vision models for industrial applications such as automated quality inspection and robotic guidance.
• Work on tasks like anomaly detection, semantic segmentation and image classification.
• Architect robust, production-ready AI solutions with seamless integration to existing tools and systems.
• Develop scalable data pipelines capable of processing real-time industrial image and sensor data.
• Deploy, monitor and improve solutions in live production environments with high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, business stakeholders and on-site experts to deliver end-to-end vision systems.
• Contribute to knowledge exchange and standardization across international locations.
