About The Role

We are seeking an IP Officer to join our Industrial Projects team, managing complex logistics operations with excellence and precision. This role combines technical expertise with client management, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of exceptional and sensitive cargo across multiple modes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee industrial and special logistics projects.
• Ensure compliance with international safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate multimodal transport (air, ocean, road, charters).
• Develop tailored solutions for oversized, hazardous, or sensitive cargo.
• Manage customs, authorisations, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main client contact, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in logistics and multimodal transport.
• Hands-on knowledge of Air, Ocean, and Road operations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and pricing skills.
• Familiarity with customs and international trade regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• PMP, CLTD, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
