CALB is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to oversee integration into engineering and construction projects in Portugal. The role focuses on permitting management, government interfaces, and readiness for operating permits, ensuring compliance throughout project stages.

The candidate should bring deep knowledge of industrial permitting frameworks and a track record of managing full-cycle projects from construction to operating permit, with 8–10 years of relevant experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Environmental Science or related disciplines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in industrial project compliance or permitting.
• Proven experience in at least one full-cycle project from construction to Operating Permit.
• Strong knowledge of industrial permitting and regulatory frameworks.
