Bontaz Portugal is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to support production by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment and to help ensure high equipment availability for manufacturing targets. Ideal candidates bring a technical background in maintenance or electromechanics, experience in an industrial setting, and the ability to read drawings and schematics.

Formación

• Technical background in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electricity, Automation, or related field.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Enjoys diagnosing problems and delivering effective solutions.
• Able to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Ensure equipment availability and reliability to support production targets.
• Participate in installation, adjustment, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and intervention reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve performance.
