We are excited to start up Mill Rocket. ABOUT US: Our company provides predictive maintenance for heavy machinery across industries including chemical, petrochemical, cement, manufacturing, pulping paper, and other medium-size mills. We offer monitoring technologies, key partnerships, and service processes to move clients toward Industry 4.0. Our differentiators include cutting-edge machine monitoring sensors, a chemical expert partnership, a custom measurement instruments manufacturing partner, and 20+ years of industry expertise. We aim to operate in Portugal with potential expansion across Europe, supporting clients wherever they are.

Industry context: Mills are typically 20–50 years old. Maintenance managers and technicians focus on putting out fires rather than preventive care. Our service helps reduce unexpected shutdowns that can cost 100–200K euros per hour.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Position: strategic lead generator to accelerate LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client engagement within the industry.
  • Conduct deep research into CRM data and online sources (LinkedIn research).
  • Develop messaging and the business angle to demonstrate how we can support potential leads.
  • Support outreach efforts, introductions, and sales activities to close deals.
Compensation

We will build a professional sales team for talented closers. Compensation includes:

  • Immediate commission for closing one deal: 4,500 euros for installed equipment.
  • Monthly income per client during the contract period (24 or 36 months), starting around 500 euros per month per client, depending on contract site.
  • Opportunity to share income with the lead research generator for closed leads, or for strong rapport and client engagement leading to the full commission.
