You will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain team, delivering manufacturing and global logistics solutions. Reporting to the manufacturing manager, your responsibilities include continuous improvement of operations, liaising with quality, engineering, and product teams for new product implementation, and maintaining compliance with the highly regulated medical device market.

What you'll be doing :

  • Implement lean manufacturing initiatives across the supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Lead strategic projects like manufacturing expansions and new product introductions
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 through audits and SOP development
  • Drive operational excellence projects to improve daily operations and quality data

What you need to have :

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics
  • Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Autonomy and proactivity in problem-solving
  • Advanced English level

What we would love to see:

  • Experience in the medical device industry
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Familiarity with digital tools like ERP and WMS systems such as SAP and Oracle
  • Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Salary: €22,430 - €35,247 per year, including base, variable, and net equity components. Compensation is flexible based on skills and impact. Benefits are also offered.
