Job summary

Crealis Group is looking for an Industrial Controller to support our Bar Top Business Unit and act as a key business partner to Operations and Manufacturing teams. In this role, you will drive financial discipline, monitor operational performance and support strategic decisions in a dynamic international manufacturing environment.

This permanent, 40-hour-per-week role is based in Aveiro, Portugal. Qualifications include a degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering and 4–6 years of experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in industrial controlling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product and process standard costs.
• Analyze variances between actuals, standards, budget and forecast.
• Monitor industrial cost centers and key cost drivers.
• Track manufacturing performance, productivity and efficiency indicators.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting.
• Support month-end closing activities in collaboration with Accounting.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes for the Business Unit.
• Perform profitability analyses and support cost improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and control processes.

Education

Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
