Job summary

PrimeDefense USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect for a contract position in Lisbon, Portugal. You will design and oversee construction of industrial buildings, coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, has at least 3 years in industrial architecture or similar, and is proficient with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD or Revit).
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards for industrial structures.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules for construction projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and create designs that meet their needs.
• Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Oversee construction processes to ensure alignment with design plans and specifications.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the construction process.
