The role involves RFQs, supplier evaluations, and reporting using Excel and Power BI. No prior professional experience is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is expected, with strong English communication and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support sourcing projects and procurement initiatives.
• Assist with RFQs, supplier evaluations, and bid analysis.
• Analyze supplier pricing and spending data.
• Create reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Track supplier performance and contract compliance.
• Respond to sourcing-related inquiries from stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support invoice and payment issue resolution.
• Maintain procurement, supplier, and contract records.
