H.B. Fuller Portugal is seeking an Indirect Logistics Sourcing intern to support strategic procurement initiatives in a global organization.

This internship provides hands-on experience with sourcing, supplier management, data analysis, and process improvement activities, coordinating with procurement professionals to develop practical business and analytical skills. The role focuses on RFQs, supplier evaluations, and bid analysis, as well as tracking pricing, contracts, and performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support sourcing projects and procurement initiatives.
• Assist with RFQs, supplier evaluations, and bid analysis.
• Analyze supplier pricing and spending data.
• Create reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Track supplier performance and contract compliance.
• Respond to sourcing-related inquiries from stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support invoice and payment issue resolution.
• Maintain procurement, supplier, and contract records.
