Capgemini in Portugal seeks a network-focused professional to review configurations, perform checks, and generate TopN reports across diverse vendor environments. The role emphasizes hands-on work with IP networks and ITSM tooling.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of IP networks and concepts.
• Experience with multiple vendors (Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet).
• Familiarity with BMC Remedy ITSM for CRs/INC management; other tools like SolarWinds, Sevone, MobaXterm.

Responsabilidades

• Review configuration MOPs to ensure there are no errors or conflicts.
• Apply on different vendors and environments (CLI/GUI).
• Perform Pre/Post checks.
• Perform TopN reports for different network topics.
