CALB (Europe) S.A. in Lisbon seeks a Tax Accountant to help drive tax strategy for a greenfield manufacturing venture and energy solutions. You will manage incentives, compliance, planning, and SAP‑driven tax automation across the European operation.

The role requires fluent Portuguese and professional English, plus 3–5 years in tax within construction/ EPC. SAP experience is a strong plus and CV should be in English.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in construction.
• Academic degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation.
• Construction or EPC tax knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Portuguese tax regulations.
• Fluent Portuguese and professional English.
• Experience with government incentives or investment tax incentives preferred.
• CV in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and apply for tax incentives during factory construction and operation.
• Support government grant projects and their compliance.
• Provide tax advice for new business models and major contracts.
• Review VAT, CIT and Stamp Duty implications of business transactions.
• Coordinate tax compliance with external advisors and authorities.
• Support SAP implementation and tax automation projects.
