You will mentor designers, guide development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and deliver projects on time. The role embraces AI-enabled design and hands-on involvement when needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive creative excellence: guide conceptual thinking aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Monitor project performance: track deadlines, identify risks, and remove blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration: maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Improve design processes: establish workflows and standards for productivity.
• Apply data-driven design: use product KPIs to inform decisions and identify improvements.
