You will develop, deliver, and manage data analytics and consulting projects across real-world effectiveness, market research, forecasting, BI, and marketing analytics. The role includes supporting recruitment, mentoring, and knowledge-building within the CMS team.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; nearshore dedicated. Working hours align with US CET time.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of healthcare analytics experience
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills
• Experience with secondary data sources and market research

Responsabilidades

• Analyze secondary data and desk market research to identify key findings and trends
• Create and lead quantitative or qualitative analyses for client deliverables
• Independently create client presentations
• Lead project task execution and coordinate team meetings
• Help define project scope and develop approaches
• Develop documentation including SOPs and data scorecards
