AMGEN Capability Center Portugal is seeking an Environmental Sustainability Engineer to drive the company-wide sustainability program within the EOS team. You will coordinate project delivery, perform technical sustainability assessments, and ensure integration of environmental goals into capital projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Engineering or related field, with experience in energy/water conservation and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physical, or Life Sciences.
• Experience with energy and water conservation measures is preferred.
• Experience leading projects in matrix environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate environmental sustainability projects and report status.
• Conduct sustainability impact assessments and provide technical input.
• Develop project plans, assign work, and monitor timelines.
• Track milestones and adjust resources to meet program needs.
• Lead ES core team and ISC meetings, track actions.
• Manage diverse small-scale sustainability initiatives.
• Support overall ES program progress and cross-area communication.
• Operate in an individual contributor capacity without HR duties.
