The Champalimaud Foundation in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Hardware Technician for Immersive Systems to support the Neurotechnology Warehouse. The role covers installation, integration and maintenance of immersive AI hardware used in therapy, research and human‑machine interaction.

Qualificações

• Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting technical hardware.
• Ability to organize, document and label equipment.
• Strong communication and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to learn new hardware systems.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain immersive-room hardware.
• Integrate projectors, sensors, audio, and VR gear.
• Build cabling, routing and power distribution with labeling.
• Prepare rooms for experiments and provide live troubleshooting.
• Document setups, wiring, and procedures.
• Support prototyping with researchers and engineers.
