About The Job
The Investment Fund Services Asset Servicing Controller is responsible for performing second level controls on the activity contributing to the improvement of the quality of services.
Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure the good application of Corporate Actions announced on Securities Portfolios and in effective date
- Analyze 2nd level Cash & Stock Reconciliation breaks (unsolved breaks received from Reconciliation Hub) and ensure its resolution
- Control the prices used for valuation
- Control on a daily basis the valuation of Market positions in accordance with clients' SLA terms
- Control on a daily basis the P&L of portfolios and positions
- Control on a daily basis other calculation controls
- Ensure the production of management reportings and data consistency
- Produce monthly and quarterly cash and Stock indicators to be delivered to Internal control and client control teams
Profile And Skills To Success
- Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduation in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations or Accounting and Finance
- Fluency in English, French is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, namely Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency in Intellimatch
- Knowledge of Transaction processing and data processing and Transversal Financial Markets
- Analytical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate
- Good organisational skills
