Generix Group is seeking a Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting Specialist to join the Finance team in Portugal. The role focuses on IFRS consolidation, official financial communication, and coordination with external auditors.

You will define group accounting policies, monitor intercompany transactions, and ensure high-quality consolidated data for reporting to the Supervisory Board, investors, and banks. Strong IFRS expertise is essential.

Qualificações

• Fluency in French and English mandatory.
• Strong IFRS consolidation knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in financial reporting and interaction with external stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex financial topics clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Group IFRS consolidation performed quarterly and documented.
• Define and maintain group accounting policies and standards.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.
• Define, maintain and ensure compliance with group financial frameworks (KPIs, governance, data dictionary).
• Prepare external statutory financial reporting for boards, investors, banks and authorities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Analyze and explain group financial indicators and performance.
