Generix Group is seeking a Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for IFRS consolidation and official financial communication, coordinating with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires fluency in French and English, strong IFRS knowledge, and the ability to clearly convey complex financial topics to stakeholders. You will work with intercompany transactions and contribute to the governance of group

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Perform Group IFRS consolidation on a quarterly basis.
• Define and document Group accounting policies and standards.
• Manage and monitor intercompany transactions (including transfer pricing definition).
• Define, maintain and ensure compliance with Group financial frameworks (KPIs, governance rules, Finance data dictionary).
• Ensure the consistency and quality of consolidated financial data.
• Produce external statutory financial reporting for Supervisory Board, Investors, Banks/financial authorities.
• Manage the relationship with the Group’s external auditors.
• Prepare and document sensitive accounting positions; build and explain Group financial indicators.

Job Description

We are looking for a Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Finance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for IFRS consolidation and official financial communication, while also ensuring strong coordination with the Group’s external auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Group IFRS consolidation on a quarterly basis;
• Define and document the Group accounting policies and standards;
• Manage and monitor intercompany transactions (including transfer pricing definition);
• Define, maintain and ensure compliance with Group financial frameworks (KPIs, governance rules, Finance data dictionary);
• Ensure the consistency and quality of consolidated financial data.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management
