Powerdot Group is seeking a Network Running Operations Manager to oversee the charging network in a Portuguese region. You will lead the Ranger/Field Technician team and coordinate with hardware suppliers and technical teams to ensure uptime and a high-quality charging experience.

You will drive performance by reducing downtime, accelerating issue resolution, and enabling the team to deliver fixes at the right site and time, while fostering a supportive, empowered culture across Iberia.
