Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Finance Controller for its Portuguese subsidiary in Lisbon. You will oversee daily financial operations, drive policy implementation, and ensure accurate reporting in collaboration with our Shared Service Centre in Poland and external accountants.

You will prepare in-depth performance analyses to guide local management decisions and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines. English and Portuguese language requirements apply, with Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance Controlling within Sales or Production environment.
• University degree/Business School degree.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Power BI experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and develop/implement finance policies and procedures.
• Manage transaction accounting for the subsidiary with SSC in Poland and external accountants for accurate reporting.
• Prepare in-depth performance analysis and advise local management for strategic decisions.
• Ensure external/internal financial reporting, local accounting practices, and compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Support relationships with banking, legal, and audit partners and participate in cross-functional business support.
• Travel to Madrid every two months for business meetings (2–3 days).
