msg seeks a Finance & Control Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and reporting for the Iberian unit in Porto, while driving regulatory topics such as DORA, NIS2 and ISO 27001. You will liaise with external partners in Portugal and Spain and work with Group Finance in Germany, using English daily.

Fluent English and Portuguese are required; Spanish is a plus. The role is Porto-based with flexible work arrangements and cross-functional collaboration across countries.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in finance and controlling in IT services, software, consulting or engineering is a plus.
• Ability to read project economics (margin, cost to complete) and explain drivers.
• Interest in regulatory topics with willingness to learn others with support.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial controlling for the Iberian unit: budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and reporting.
• Maintain visibility of project economics (margin by project/customer and changes over time).
• Coordinate external accounting, tax and payroll partners in Portugal and Spain.
• Partner with Group Finance in Germany and work in English.
• Lead regulatory agenda on DORA, ISO 27001, and NIS2.
• Respond to customer due-diligence and audit requests; keep policies and training up to date.
