PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking a Senior IAM Security Analyst to strengthen identity and access management across enterprise environments, ensuring secure, compliant access controls.

The role focuses on IAM governance, access reviews, profile design, identity lifecycle management and supporting security improvements through strong risk awareness and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IAM, IT Security or Cybersecurity Governance.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, Access Governance and RBAC.
• Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management, access reviews and certification processes.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27000 standards, security controls and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint or similar).
• Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of IT systems, authentication and access control mechanisms.
• Experience in banking or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and improvement of IAM security policies and standards.
• Assess IT systems compliance with identity and access security requirements.
• Design, review and optimize access profiles and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Perform access reviews, entitlement reviews and access certification activities.
• Support Identity Lifecycle Management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Validate access requests against security policies and business requirements.
• Identify access risks, SoD conflicts and recommend remediation actions.
• Provide IAM guidance to IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Support IAM processes, tools integration and operational improvements.
• Maintain IAM documentation, controls, reports and security metrics.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve IAM maturity and security posture.

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

What are we looking for?
