PrimeIT is seeking an IAM Security Analyst in Lisbon to lead advanced identity and access management initiatives. You will design and optimize RBAC, perform access reviews, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on security objectives.

The role requires senior-level expertise (6+ years) in IAM and strong communication skills in English. Lisbon location and a competitive salary package accompany the opportunity.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in IAM security.
• Proven ability to design RBAC and perform access reviews.
• Proficient in English; Portuguese proficiency considered a plus.

We are looking for a IAM Security Analyst!

Location: Lisbon

Level of Experience: Senior (6+ years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

Main Tasks:

• Support the implementation and improvement of IAM security policies and standards.
• Assess IT systems' compliance with identity and access security requirements.
• Design, review, and optimize access profiles and Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
• Perform access reviews, entitlement reviews, and access certification activities.
• Support Identity Lifecycle Management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Validate access requests against security policies and business requirements.
• Identify access risks and Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and recommend remediation actions.
• Provide IAM guidance to IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Support IAM processes, tool integrations, and operational improvements.
• Maintain IAM documentation, controls, reports, and security metrics.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve IAM maturity and security posture.
