Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of Identity Management Practices, HR processes, governance and privilege access management.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing projects for IAM.
• Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or One Identity is a plus.
• Experience in database encryption deployment is a plus.
• Understanding of Windows and Linux security is a plus.
• Experience in PAM deployment like CyberArk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in relation with identity and access management.
• Act as a scrum master for SailPoint IAM project and ensure delivery quality.
• Lead deployment of the Key Management System to support database encryption.
• Report to the IT IAM Manager.
• Promote test coverage of the team.
• Prepare the project monthly card.
