Are you looking for a new opportunity to grow as a developer?

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead Developer with a strong focus on OIDC/OAuth implementations to join our agile team focused on Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), authentication and SSO development. If you are a motivated team player who is enthusiastic about developing IAM solutions with exceptional user experience, we want to hear from you!

You will contribute to the delivery of challenging implementations which require deep technical knowledge and soft skills as well as being responsible for the completion of milestones associated with them. You should possess a keen eye for detail and have solid experience in IAM related programming, OIDC/OAuth implementations, CICD-pipelines in container environments and interest to learn more IAM related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality authentication and authorization solution with great security and market leading user experience
• Operate and maintain IAM solutions and optimize existing processes.
• Coordinate management of multiple applications, directories, and databases, encompassing user lifecycle management (onboarding, access provisioning/deprovisioning and offboarding) in collaboration with product owner
• Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, designers, frontend & backend developers to ensure seamless and secure integration and a consistent user experience.
• Contribute to the evolution of our IAM architecture and best practices.
• Nice to have: Work with other IAM areas if interest/experience fits.

Required Skills

• IAM Experience: Strong knowledge of OpenID, OAuth2, REST, SCIM, SAMLv2, SSO implementations
• Coding Expertise: Proficiency in two or more programming languages (preferred Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, etc)
• UX Focus: A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality user interfaces. Familiarity with accessibility requirements.
• Collaboration and agile methodologies: Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment, communicating ideas and providing feedback to colleagues.
• Experience Level: 5+ years of professional experience in IAM development, with a focus on CIAM.
• Bonus: Knowledge of IGA, PAM, RBAC, ABAC and PBAC are considered as advantages.

Preferred Skills

• Coding: Experience with Python, Kafka and Redis is highly desirable.
• Platform Expertise: Solid understanding of container management and Kubernetes as well as Prometheus/Grafana dashboard management
