Blip, part of Flutter Entertainment, is hiring an IAM Security Solutions Architect to design, develop and implement IAM capabilities across the Flutter ecosystem. You will collaborate with security, engineering and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions.

The role requires experience with IAM governance, authentication protocols, MFA/SSO, and cloud-native patterns. A strong background in enterprise security architecture and vendor evaluation is essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in identity and access management or information security roles, with at least 3 years in an architectural or engineering capacity.
• Experience on enterprise-scale IAM or C-IAM projects, in engineering or architecture roles.
• Familiarity with governing frameworks and secure, scalable IAM designs.

Responsabilidades

• Support the IAM architectural roadmap with alignment to enterprise security strategies.
• Design end-to-end IAM solutions—IGA, PAM, and access management.
• Establish architecture patterns, standards, and reference designs for IAM across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Architect and oversee authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, WebAuthn).
• Drive adoption of MFA, SSO, and password-less authentication; enhance conditional access.
• Collaborate with Workplace Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Security Architecture teams.
• Ensure IAM solutions comply with GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO 27001.
• Support RBAC, ABAC, and entitlement management frameworks.
• Produce architectural documentation and evidence for audits and assurance.
• Act as IAM SME advising stakeholders and product teams on risks and mitigations.
• Maintain customer-first UX in IAM delivery and evaluate vendor solutions.
