A leading digital services company is seeking an IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management. The role involves implementing advanced IAM controls and developing automations in Python. Candidates should have proficiency in SQL and experience with Linux and Windows Server environments. The workplace is hybrid, requiring up to three days a week in the office. This position offers the opportunity to work on technically mature projects focused on security and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Programming experience in Python (mandatory) and/or Ruby.
• Administration of Linux and MS Windows Server environments.
• Strong skills in SQL and MySQL.
• Experience in modelling and analyzing metrics and KPIs (Tableau or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Implement advanced IAM controls and continuous monitoring mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and best practices.
• Develop automations and technical integrations (Python/Ruby).
• Operate and optimize Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Define, monitor, and report security metrics and KPIs.
