A global leader in engineering services is seeking an experienced IAM & Security Architect to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves designing identity and access architectures, implementing cloud-native identity mechanisms, and providing governance across the organization. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity, familiarity with various identity standards, and a strong command of tools like Terraform. This position offers hybrid work and a multicultural team environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in IAM and/or cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding of identity standards (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML).
• Experience with cloud native workload identity mechanisms.

Responsabilidades

• Design identity and access architectures based on modern standards.
• Develop cloud standards and implement IAM systems.
• Produce blueprints for authentication and authorization flows.
• Lead architectural reviews and promote best practices.

Conhecimentos

IAM and cybersecurity experience

OIDC, OAuth2 + Token Exchange, SAML

Keycloak and/or Ory proficiency

Cloud native workload identity (AWS IRSA, Azure Workload Identity, GKE Workload Identity)

ReBAC implementation experience (OpenFGA, Authzed, Zanzibar)

Compliance and regulatory frameworks (SecNumCloud, NIS2, GDPR, Zero Trust)

Infrastructure as Code skills (Terraform, Crossplane)

Integration architecture with API Gateways
