Job summary

Diconium is seeking a skilled SIEM/SOC specialist to design, deploy, and optimize security monitoring across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will implement SIEM architectures, integrate diverse log sources, and craft detection rules to identify threats.

Collaboration with stakeholders will drive best practices and automation to boost SOC efficiency. Ideal candidates bring experience with major SIEM platforms (Sentinel, Splunk, Elastic, QRadar), strong scripting skills, and knowledge of MITRE

Qualifications

• Design, implement and configure SIEM solutions from scratch.
• Experience in security monitoring, log collection, normalization and correlation.
• Develop and optimize detection rules, dashboards and alerting for stab le threat detection.
• Familiarity with incident analysis, response and SOC process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement SIEM solutions from scratch.
• Integrate security log sources from cloud, networks, endpoints and apps.
• Develop and optimize detection rules, correlation use cases, dashboards and alerts.
• Monitor, analyze and investigate security events, supporting incident response.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define monitoring requirements and best practices.
• Automate monitoring and response to improve SOC efficiency.
