This role involves coordinating with customers and service partners to ensure timely service delivery. Ideal candidates will have technical qualifications related to UPS/HVAC, along with strong computer skills and fluency in Spanish. Qualificações

• 3-5 years equivalent experience in a related field.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule FSEs and Service Partners for customer service requirements.
• Validate time, materials & expenses reported by FSEs and partners.
• Coordinate spare parts delivery and retrieval.

Conhecimentos

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email)

Fluent in Spanish

Intermediate English

Time management

Problem solving

Effective communication

Formação académica

Technical qualification related to UPS/HVAC or similar (FP, Bachelor, Professional certificates)
