Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) in Portugal is seeking a Senior Social Intelligence Specialist to lead complex analytics programs across markets. You will refine data governance, monitor signals, and deliver advanced reporting while ensuring methodological rigor.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, mentor teams, and drive AI-assisted analytics and automation initiatives to scale insights globally.

Qualificações

• University degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking capability.
• Experience with multi-source data environments.
• Advanced English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in social listening/digital analytics platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Refine portfolio-level taxonomy, governance, and data integration standards.
• Define monitoring frameworks and interpret high-impact signals.
• Lead enhanced analytical methodologies and integrated reporting models.
• Supervise quality standards and resolve methodological issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance analytical approaches.
• Lead mentoring programmes and communities of practice.
• Drive AI-assisted research processes and automation pilots.
• Oversee delivery of complex analytical outputs.
