The role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce skills, in a hybrid work environment in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support to the sales organization via the Operations queue.
• Support deal desk activities and maintain CRM records.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to monitor sales performance.
• Gather requirements and propose solutions to process gaps.
• Deliver training on Salesforce and pricing processes.
