Siemens Financial Services Information Technology (SFS IT) in Portugal seeks a CRM IT specialist to translate business needs into Salesforce CRM solutions within an international, agile team.

You will own end-to-end CRM topics, drive integrations with other IT systems, ensure documentation and compliance, and collaborate closely with business and IT counterparts.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience with CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.
• 5+ years experience in a financial services company, in a technical and managerial support role with business process and system architecture.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Analytical, information processing and decision-making competences.
• Strong customer orientation and professional communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent business English language skills (speaking and writing).

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into IT solutions for CRM and implement with the interdisciplinary and international IT team.
• Work in international, agile teams and take end-to-end responsibilities for CRM topics.
• Co-lead integration of CRM with other IT solutions to enhance customer experience and system landscape.
• Ensure technical documentation is complete and up to date, and drive system compliance topics and documentation.
• Keep your technical knowledge up to date with on- and off-the-job trainings.
