Job summary

KWAN in Lisbon is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software products. The role combines manual and automated testing in a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in the office to promote collaboration and team alignment.

You will design and execute test plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing manual and automated test plans.
• Ability to identify and document defects and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Experience collaborating in Agile environments and ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated test scripts to ensure coverage of software applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team members to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to testing process improvements.
