Claranet limited is seeking a Program Manager to integrate our talent team in Lisboa, Portugal. The role focuses on guiding scope, schedule, cost and quality, while aligning with project plans, risks, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large-scale projects, preferably an engineering background, and strong written and verbal communication skills to drive collaboration and resolve roadblocks.

Qualificações

• Up to 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in large-scale and complex projects in terms of scope, timelines and/or budget.
• Degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment.
• Critical analysis skills with a focus on resolving roadblocks.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure effective and efficient management ofscope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Develop and ensure compliance with project plans(execution, communication, risks and mitigation).
• Ensure financial execution is aligned withproject execution.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintainassertive communication with all stakeholders.
• Prepare project reporting, management informationand support decision-making.
