agap2 indústria is seeking a motivated Process Development Engineer to join our team in the Évora area. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and proven manufacturing process experience, preferably automotive, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

You will work in a hybrid regime, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Good knowledge of statistics and structured methodologies (Six Sigma or Red X).
• Preferably familiar with automotive standards (APQP, IATF 16949 – formerly TS 16949).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
