Colquímica Adhesives is recruiting a Packaging & Quality Engineer (M/F/D) for the Susão, Valongo site to lead packaging materials evaluation, validation, and approval processes, and to ensure compliance with specifications and approval criteria.

You will plan industrial trials, maintain technical documentation, and support standardization across the Group's production sites while driving continuous improvement in packaging operations and supplier performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, Industrial, or related).
• 3–4 years of experience in technical roles, preferably packaging/quality.
• Experience with packaging materials and supplier documentation.
• Proficient in English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the evaluation, validation and approval process of new packaging materials.
• Assess packaging materials against defined specifications and criteria.
• Plan and monitor industrial trials with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain packaging material specifications and documentation.
• Support standardization and rollout of packaging materials across sites.
• Lead packaging improvement and optimization projects.
• Maintain packaging material master data in SAP or ERP systems.
• Handle technical complaints with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, QA, R&D, Sales and Logistics.
