Qualificações

• Degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in software development with 5+ years in Outsystems.
• Proven track record architecting enterprise Outsystems apps across domains.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, async processing, security.
• Cloud native architecture and deployment experience (Azure, AWS, Outsystems Cloud).
• DevOps, CI/CD, performance optimization experience.
• Outsystems architecture or professional certification is mandatory.
• Ability to translate operations and business needs into long-term solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architectural design sessions translating business requirements into technical architectures.
• Define architecture standards aligned with organizational goals and governance.
• Design reusable, scalable components emphasizing performance and maintainability.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to improve delivery quality and platform maturity.
• Review code and designs, ensuring standards and suggesting improvements.
• Act as technical escalation point for complex issues and bottlenecks.
• Communicate decisions and roadmaps to stakeholders, including pre-sales activities.
