QualityAI in Lisbon is seeking a Functional Test Analyst for a full-time hybrid role. You will refine backlogs with the Product Owner, design functional tests, and ensure quality across sprints while collaborating with developers and BAs.

Requirements include ISTQB Foundation, 3+ years in functional testing, Agile Scrum experience, and English proficiency (B2). Immediate availability and Portugal location are valued assets.

Formación

• ISTQB Foundation Certificate completed.
• Minimum 3 years in functional testing.
• Experience in Agile Scrum teams.
• English B2 or higher; work language is English.
• Based in Portugal; immediate availability.
• Insurance domain experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and maintain the product backlog, ensuring testable user stories and requirements.
• Participate actively in sprint ceremonies, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
• Translate complex specifications into comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria reflecting real-world usage.
• Analyze business processes, data flows, and system interactions to identify test conditions and ensure coverage of critical paths.
• Design effective regression tests using appropriate techniques.
• Work closely with developers, BA, and squad members to design and execute functional tests for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, provide updates, raise risks, and document findings.
