Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support the administration and maintenance of key financial systems. You will help manage access, roles, and data across Sage Intacct, Concur, and Certinia, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with controls.

The role involves collaborating with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable reporting. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in finance or related field and at least two years of experience in finance

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems.
• Exposure to financial systems or ERP platforms.
• Proficient in Excel and data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration and maintenance of financial systems.
• Assist with user access, roles, and permissions.
• Support data validation across systems.
• Assist with project setup and data entry.
• Help with system upgrades, testing, and implementation.
• Develop reports and dashboards for finance teams.
• Provide end-user support and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on enhancements.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes.
