WEO is seeking a Finance Controller to strengthen financial controlling, reporting and operations across several entities. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, acting as the main finance interface with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The ideal candidate has hands-on, autonomous experience in a technology SME and will drive accurate reporting and process improvements in a hybrid working setup in Portugal.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in financial controlling or FP&A.
• Experience in a technology SME environment preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and accounting knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting with timely reporting.
• Perform variance, cost and profitability analyses.
• Prepare periodic financial analyses for management decisions.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations and AR monitoring.
• Coordinate with external accounting provider.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
