ITDS in Lisbon is seeking a Mid-Level Database Administrator to support cutting-edge data architectures across cloud environments. The role emphasizes security, backup, restoration, and ensuring high availability, with a hybrid work model in Lisbon (up to 3 days remote per week).

The candidate will coordinate with Studies, Production, Infrastructure, and Security to sustain database availability and guide architecture solutions aligned with infrastructure and security standards.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of database administration experience, Oracle RAC preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based databases and Big Data platforms.
• Knowledge of security, backup/restoration and availability requirements.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and standards.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure DB availability.

Responsabilidades

• Document and manage security, supervision, backup, and restoration solutions for databases.
• Support and ensure compliance with DEVOPS methodologies and city standards.
• Conduct technological surveillance on database tools, architectures, including Cloud and Big Data platforms.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to guarantee database availability.
• Assist business units by proposing and implementing architecture solutions aligned with infrastructure, operations, and security standards.
• Ensure tasks are carried out effectively, maintaining production commitments.
• Participate in on-call duty system to address ongoing operational needs.
