Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in a role where you evaluated, selected or managed technology solutions or partners.
• Customer focus: put users at the center and judge solutions by value, not sales pitches.
• Technical understanding: follow and translate engineers’ questions; no coding required.
• AI knowledge: aware of current AI models and services and their limitations.
• Negotiation and commercial sense: discuss terms confidently with external companies.
• Strong communication: build trusted relationships with partners and teams.
• Structured way of working: run parallel evaluations and drive toward a decision.
• English: business fluent.

Responsabilités

• Identify use cases with recruiters and job seekers and align with product.
• Scout the market for technology partners and build a pipeline of potential collaborations.
• Define evaluation criteria, organise demos and proofs of concept, compare solutions by value, cost, fit.
• Recommend and negotiate terms; prepare leadership for decisions, including SLAs and data use.
• Collaborate with legal and finance on contracts and GDPR/EU AI Act compliance.
• Act as main contact during implementation and remove blockers with product and engineering.
• Monitor performance, conduct reviews and explore opportunities to expand partnerships.
