Webasto Group in Portugal seeks an accounting professional to support monthly ledger activities, asset accounting, and period-end closures in a collaborative, hybrid setup. You will work with SAP-FI, MS Office, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a shared service environment.
• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Working experience with SAP-FI and advanced MS Office skills.
• Excellent English skills; another European language is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Execute monthly general ledger accounting activities and post journal entries.
• Prepare recurring and non-recurring journal entries with proper documentation.
• Perform asset accounting including creation, capitalization, depreciation, and scrapping.
• Manage and reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate period-end and month-end closing with finance teams.
• Ensure timely balance sheet reconciliations and support external audits.
• Develop and maintain desktop procedures and process documentation.
