Cbtalents is seeking a Hungarian-Speaking Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal, to help safeguard quality, safety and compliance for a leading e-commerce platform. The role is on-site with rotation, and requires fluent Hungarian and English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to apply policies consistently while handling high content volumes.

Qualificações

• Fluent Hungarian and English.
• Experience in content moderation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, judgement and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review user and platform content according to established policies and quality guidelines.
• Help maintain high standards across products and services on the platform.
• Use Hungarian market knowledge and sound judgement when assessing content.
• Complete content reviews within the required service-level and quality standards.
• Keep up to date with relevant platform policies, products, services, and moderation procedures.
• Identify content that may raise policy, legal, or safety concerns.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases through the appropriate channels.
• Follow established procedures when dealing with challenging or potentially sensitive material.
• Adapt to changes in policies, guidelines, and operational processes.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and productivity when handling large volumes of content.
