CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Hungarian-speaking Content Moderator for Lisbon. You will review user-generated content, ensuring compliance with platform policies and legal standards, and support content safety across diverse media.

This full-time role offers relocation support for international candidates, private health insurance, meal and transport allowances, and a vibrant Lisbon office in a central, modern location.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Hungarian and good command of English (B2).
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
• Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (asset).

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content and ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail within latency and quality metrics.
• Escalate content or issues per internal procedures.
• Remain up to date on moderation guidelines and policy changes.
• Support content safety across multiple media types during peak seasons.
