Job summary

MysticInvest is a holding company for river and expedition cruises, with Pluris Investments as its parent company. The HR role reports to the HR Director and focuses on training, career development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, HR analytics, reporting, and development initiatives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 3 years of experience in HR Training and Development, fluency in English, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Training and Development.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate training programs for employees at all levels.
• Conduct training needs assessments and create customized learning plans.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the learning management system and maintain training records.
• Support career development initiatives and job descriptions.
• Contribute to compensation and benefits program development.
• Assist in salary surveys and market research for competitive packages.
• Assist with annual performance evaluation processes and guidance for managers.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Collect HR metrics and prepare regular management reports.
• Identify trends and provide insights for data-driven decisions.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Organize employee recognition events and programs.

Job Description

You will report directly to the company’s HR Director and have the following key responsibilities:

Training

• Develop and coordinate training programs for employees at all levels;
• Conduct training needs assessments and create customized learning plans;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and provide recommendations for improvement;
• Manage the learning management system and maintain training records.

Career Development and Group Compensation and Benefits

• Support the implementation of career development initiatives;
• Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions and career plans;
• Contribute to the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
• Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Performance Evaluation

• Assist with and monitor the annual performance evaluation process;
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation procedures;
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management.

HR Analytics and Reporting

• Collect and analyze HR metrics related to training, development, and performance;
• Prepare regular reports on key HR indicators for management review;
• Identify trends and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Development

• Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives;
• Assist in creating internal communications related to HR programs and policies;
• Contribute to the organization of employee recognition events and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 3 years of experience in Human Resources Training and Development;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
